Description
To go along with my idea of Ranma ½ and InuYasha co-existing in the same world together one idea or plot I might throw in would be to introduce Kagome’s cousin. For a side story while she was still traveling to and from the Feudal Era, it would be revealed that she has an Uncle on her mother’s side and her Uncle has only one child, a daughter by the name of Akari Unryu, the girl from Ranma ½ who would end up becoming the new primary love interest to Ranma’s rival, Ryoga (in the manga only T.T). Although they look similar to each other in appearances, Akari actually has green hair with a red strips on each side while Kagome has solid black (more bluish later on). The girls were quite close to each other when they were younger almost like sisters until a petty argument caused a rift between them.

Just so you are not confused, Akari is on the left and Kagome is on the right.
